2. Products & Services
Each Nori & Co. nail set is handmade with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, artwork, placement, or embellishments may occur.
These small variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of the product.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the sale or availability of our products where necessary.
- Modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.
- Limit quantities available for purchase.
- Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, stock issues, or violations of these Terms.
3. Pricing & Payments
All product prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required before an order is processed unless another payment arrangement is specifically offered during checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed and available at checkout.
Nori & Co. is not responsible for payment errors, processing delays, declined transactions, or other issues caused by banks, payment gateways, e-wallet providers, or other third-party payment services.
In the event of an obvious pricing or website error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where payment has already been made.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your:

- Shipping address
- Nail size
- Product selection
- Other order details

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Nori & Co. currently accepts and ships orders within the Philippines.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are intended as estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the available shipping method.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the applicable third-party shipping provider.
While we will do our best to assist with delivery concerns, Nori & Co. cannot guarantee courier delivery times or be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
In summary:
- Eligible returns must be unused, unopened, and sealed and requested within the applicable return period.
- Approved damaged or incorrect orders may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used nail sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Incorrect nail size selections are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If you accidentally order the wrong nail size, contact us at hello@shopnoriandco.com, and we'll provide you with a 10% discount code to use on your next order.
- Final sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Nori & Co. may offer promotions, sales, giveaways, or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are available for a limited time.
