2. Products & Services

All of our nail sets are handmade and may vary slightly in color, design, or shape compared to product photos. We do our best to ensure product accuracy, but small variations are natural and part of the handmade process.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the sale of products to certain regions or individuals.
  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Refuse or cancel any order we believe may have been made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required upon checkout for all products, including pre-orders.

We accept payments via the methods provided at checkout. Nori & Co. is not responsible for payment errors or processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer:

  • Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila & nearby provinces) via Lalamove or Grab for orders placed before 2PM. Monday-Friday only.
  • Nationwide Standard Shipping (3–14 business days) via our courier partners.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Nori & Co. is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers once the parcel has been handed over to them.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please ensure your nail sizes and order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Nori & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (such as name, address, and payment details) is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only for order fulfillment, communication, and service improvement.
