Our Story
Hi, I'm Icah. 🤍
I'm the founder of Nori & Co., and honestly, this brand started because I just really love press-on nails.
I first got into them during the pandemic. I've always felt a little anxious going to nail salons, and after spending so much time at home, I realized I didn't really miss going.
I also work from home and spend most of my day on my laptop. I'm constantly typing, doing chores, running errands, working on something… and sometimes I just don't have the time (or energy) to spend hours at a salon.
That's when press-ons became my thing.
I loved being able to have cute nails whenever I wanted, take them off when I needed to, and switch designs depending on my mood. It's such a small thing, but having my nails done somehow makes me feel a little more put together, even if I'm just sitting at home working.
But the more press-ons I tried, the more I realized how hard it was to find ones I really liked.
There are so many cheap press-ons out there, and while they're great if you just need something quick, a lot of the ones I tried were really thin, didn't last very long, or felt like they were meant to be worn once and thrown away.
And then there were the designs. I just wanted more options that I would genuinely be excited to wear.
I wanted something that felt a little more special, better quality, beautiful designs, and nails I could actually wear again instead of treating them as disposable.
That eventually became the idea behind Nori & Co.
I wanted to build a brand around handmade press-ons that I genuinely love and would wear myself. Something for people like me who love having their nails done but don't necessarily have the time, energy, or desire to keep going to the salon.
Nori & Co. has become such a fun little passion project for me. I get way too excited choosing designs and seeing new sets come together, but my favorite part is still seeing other people actually wearing them.
So whether you're always busy, don't love salon appointments, like switching up your nails often, or just want an easy way to feel a little more put together, I hope you find a set here that feels like you.
And if you've ever bought a set, shared a post, visited us at a pop-up, or even just followed along, thank you. 🤍
It genuinely means so much to me.
